The Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) recently confirmed Baxter Healthcare in Australia complies with its policies on Gender Equality.

Last year, the WGEA awarded an Employer of Choice citation to Baxter for our overall approach to gender equality and for creating an inclusive work culture within the company.
